A government/military client on the south side of Atlanta is seeking a very senior network engineer for a contract to hire role. They are looking to bring on a resource by August 10 at the latest.


**DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MILITARY EXPERIENCE AND/OR AN ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE**


Candidate must have at least 5 years of network engineering experience. Client uses Foundry but will accept someone well versed in Cisco products due to similarity. Firewall experience is also necessary for this position. The ideal candidate will have strong IDS/IPS experience, specifically with Blue Coat or McAfee.


All candidates should be certified, at least, as a CCNA. A CCNP or CCNE is preferred.


This position will be the "go-to" network engineer on a team of 65. They will act as a lead to 2-3 other engineers that work on the network side of things.
