Seasonal/Temporary Hiring for Help Desk/Technical Support Agents

3-6 month Assignment


Entry Level Help Desk/Technical Support Representatives needed for 24/7 Dunwoody area Call Center. Immediate interview and hire! Starting rate of pay $11.00 an hour. Must possess at least 6 months Technical Support experience. No exceptions!


Employees are responsible for responding to customer requests for technical services, answering routing questions on function and use of products. Selected Candidates will utilize our company specific software to help troubleshoot, diagnose and solve problems; good typing skills.


Possess demonstrated proficiency in hardware support, troubleshooting, password resets, anti-virus questions and networking issues in a Windows based environment. Excellent opportunity for those looking to make a move or start in an IT career. Must be flexible. This is a 24/7 call center.
