Responsibilities This is a full time position with the Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products IT group that supports Sales and Operations Planning. The individual must demonstrate a general knowledge of the JDA suite of applications or an equivalent software solution, a working knowledge of programming languages/application support. Conducts analysis, design,testing and documentation for differing size projects. Investigates and resolves application/support issues. Customer support and night/weekend/holiday on call duties. Capable of delivering quality results, create long term value for our business, and able to be successful independently and as part of a team. There could be a need to travel 25 ? 50% during the first year. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree 5+ years experience with JDA Supply Chain Planning and Optimization modules. Must be available to work nights and/or weekends to cover on call, based on on-call schedule. Preferred Qualifications B.S./B.A. in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent Business Experience. Experience in the following areas: Demand Planning (Forecasting), Master Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, and Finite Capacity Scheduling. Working knowledge of MS ACCESS and MS Excel. Basic skills with PL/SQL Scripting and Tivolli job scheduling. Manugistics (JDA) and SAP functional knowledge. Knowledge and Skills Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Optimization processes/tools. Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
