Spectacular Opportunity with Growing Consulting Business


Consultant with strong Business Analyst/Process skills to perform in a versatile solution development and internal customer liaison role in the Telco industry. Client delivery role. Lead planning, design and execution of special projects for business operations improvement. Create business requirements for new products and new processes in the telco industry. Provide oversight to Implementation Program/Project Managers. Provide status reporting and lead communications with IT and business management.

Dynamic consulting & IT services firm seeks a business consultant with solid project management skills and business analyst experience. Responsibilities include playing lead liaison between the business and IT Organizations and solution architect role for client/consulting team responsible for multiple new operational improvements and products. Scope, confirm/identify/develop requirements for IT and Telco network projects, develop solutions with business client, project and executive communications, risk and issue management. Load balance multiple projects. .



Responsibilities additionally could include lead detailed requirements development sessions with executives, process owners and/or users, conduct interviews, work with program leadership, technical architects and developers who will translate requirements to applications. Document processes, use cases and requirements. Experience with quality assurance review and testing.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent leadership skills. Telco industry or related industry experience required. Knowledge of a wide variety of telco business processes and existing and emerging telco technologies and products is highly desirable.

Work with WNA team and project management to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth.



Location in Atlanta. One of three Atlanta locations. Preference to local candidates. Casual, collegial work environment.

Contract or Contract-to-Perm No 3rd parties, please. $75,000 100,000 (or $45 - 55/hour). Bonus potential.
