This is a Hyperion Programmer Role


Skills:

Essbase - The candidate has to have experience with this tool.

Experience on Block Storage and Aggregate Storage databases; Attribute reporting solutions, Time and Accounts alternatives, and a review of various types of models and the design decisions that were made in each.


Need very good experience in dimension building and best practices, highlighting important settings that can affect dimension build behavior and exploring strategies and tips for outline maintenance and data file parsing.

Need experience in Essbase upload for budgets using the Spreadsheet Toolkit.


Experience in calculations and scripts including consolidating rates, focusing consolidations, ratio calculations, range functions, allocations, and more.


Need experience in administration focus by covering a range of subjects including Partitioning and alternatives for linking databases, real-world MaxL automation techniques, security implementation best practices, and optimization steps for calculation, outline, load, and process tuning.

Analyzer/Web Analysis

Experience on building Presentations, Dash Boards and ad-hoc reports including drilling behaviors and the member selection options creating charts and split panel reports with both charts and spreadsheets.

Excel Add-In Spreadsheet Reporting

The essential mechanics of connecting, retrieving, drilling, and pivoting report.

Financial Reporting

Experience in building reports from scratch by laying out reports and modifying grid properties. Experience in scheduling these reports and send through email for selected group.


The client is looking for someone that has developed with Hyperion as opposed to Hyperion reports/reporting.
