I have a large lawsuit with a construction company in Atlanta, the suit is bonded, and over $500K. I have legal team in place on contingency, need CR for same. The case is well documented, we are sure we will be awarded the bonded amount if we can just get to court. PLEASE RESPOND IF INTERESTED IN THE LEAST. Court date is January 19, 2010, in Charlotte NC. First mandated arbitration date is November 23.
My counsel feels if we hammer the firm in deposition, they will cave. I just need some help here on a contingency basis.
