Description
Jubilee is a pretty mare was found on a highway. She was very frightened and it was obvious she needed food. She is underweight but safe in a temporary foster home now. When the Sheriff arrived, he recognized this horse. He had warned the owners to take better care of her on more than one occasion. She was tied to a couple of tires with a 6 foot rope to keep her from going too far, but she somehow made it to the road. There are rope burns and cuts on her legs and an injury on her fetlock. Jubilee needs a home where she can be nursed back to health and learn trust humans. She is afraid on being hurt again.
