We are young and dynamic Private Home Care Company striving to re-energize health care and help our local communities by providing care to growing seniors population and everyone else who has such need. These are people who don't need a nursing home, but need assistance with the everyday activities of living to remain where they want to be: in their own home.
We are looking for talented and self motivated Account Manager who will be able to market and sell home care services with passion and love. We offer wonderful team environment, competitive compensation and great opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Generating and closing sales

• Nurturing existing sources of referrals and developing new ones including local hospitals, assisted living facilities, rehab centers, county and other agencies and facilities that serve the senior population

• Building and maintaining professional relationships with Case Managers, Social Workers, Nurses and other referral sources

• Developing strategic alliances

• Meeting with families and potential clients interested in our services

• Representing company at community functions, professional organizations and senior fairs

• Conducting in-services and other presentations for potential clients and referral sources

• Promoting a positive image in the community.




The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in Home Care industry

• Experience in building strategic relationships and alliances

• Outstanding communication skills

• Strong desire for work with the elderly people

• Self-motivated and creative
