In my profession I have come across many gay and lesbian life partners that are afraid, embarrased or are in fear of being judged if they decide to prearrange their cemetery services.

It may be more prudent for your wishes to be documented and your arrangements financially taken care of so biological families cannot interfere and thwart the plans that you and your loved one planned together.
