Our ideal Account Manager:

*Understands and embraces the entire sales process from cold call to close
*Manages a portfolio of clients
*Identifies opportunities to up sell clients on new and existing products
*Enthusiastically meets and exceeds sales goals and targets
*Handles incoming client inquiries and account issues
*Easily adapts to new challenges
*Creates client proposals and negotiates contracts
*Conducts online product demonstrations for clients
*Has a focused, driven and self-motivated sales approach

*Keeps accurate and updated client records

Requirements:

*College degree preferred
*A minimum of three years of B2B sales experience preferably in a tele-sales experience
*Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals with a solid track record of excellent performance
*Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
*Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
*Has a high attention to detail
*MS office (Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook) experience
*Ability to handle multiple projects at once
*Enjoys working in a high energy, fast paced, growing sales office
*Strong work ethic, initiative and desire to achieve
*Online sales, Job Board and Recruiting Industry experience a plus
