I am seeking a straight female or gay male mid 20's- mid 30's to occupy the second room in the condo.

Your room has its own bathroom (private access) and walk-in closet.
The room will be available Nov 1st. for a duration of 6 or 12 months (we can discuss)
No pets allowed and smoking is ok outside.
You will have a parking space but it is not covered.
The common spaces of the condo are furnished but your room is not.
Utilities usually run on average about $90 or less.
I ask for 1 (one) month deposit to move in.
Living in this condo is very affordable for being at such a prime location. Direct access to GA 400, 285, Buckead, . . .The condo is located right on a MARTA bus line.The property includes a lovely swimming pool with kitchenette and grill and a tennis court.

You would be living with me 32 year-old straight female.
