I am Professional 48 SWM. Divorced after 25 years. I got rid of the drama in my life and seek a roommate M or F that is respectful of my space as I am of theirs! I am young at heart. Age is not an issue, Mutual Respect is! I would like to find a nice place where both parties enjoy living there.

I smoke OUTSIDE!! My son is grown, married and currently stationed in Iraq. I can’t stand a dirty kitchen and want both parties to keep the common areas clean. I am responsible; I pay my bills on time. I have a CLEAN background and GREAT references. I don’t have pets or plants; but, I am pet friendly as long as they are people friendly pets. lol... I am very social, a good cook and I don’t mind sharing... I am restarting my life after a divorce and want to minimize expenses and save money... I am not looking for a best friend, although a friendly roommate would be nice... I am simply looking for a good roommate(s).

I am looking ideally to be in the $500 to $600 range INCLUDING utilities and amenities. I would like to be somewhat close (with in approx. 15 mins) to the Interstate I-75 around I-285
