I just bought a house in Decatur (Zip Code 30034).

I am willing to rent my master bedroom with garden tub and shower to a single, mature middle-aged woman , who has no kids, no pets and good source of income.

The house is located on a cul-de-sac (off River Road) which is very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to catch a MARTA bus.

The room is fully furnished and has big color TV and DVD player.

No smoking allowed. Only light cooking (no big meals) allowed.

Reference required. Security Deposit $200 which will be refunded when you move out. Six month lease is required.
$435 monthly (or $100 per week) rent includes all utilities
