I have a 5dbrm 3 full bath 2 car garage home around 3,000sqft with an unfurnished room, full bath, space in fridge, washer and dryer use, all common areas, some additional storage if needed, and 1 side of garage for rent. The subdivision is Nature Point which is off of Anneewakee Rd and is in the Chapel Hill School District. I am a single mother of three children, ages 12, 11, and 8. Two boys and a girl. We have a Chihuahua, two caged lizards, and a fat hamster. So no more pets needed, unless caged or in tank. I don't mind if you have children, just no more than two. I need a clean person, who pays by the 3rd of every month, no smoking in the home, and no over night guest unless, I have been notified in advance. If you have children they should be well behaved and easy for my children to get along with. I don't move in until the middle of October, so it will be just like a true roommate situation. So, if you have some furniture you need to bring we can discuss that also. There is a family room and living room so if you have your own living room set you may have that area to yourself, the family room can be ours. If you don't have furniture, then I have tons and you are welcome to all common areas of the home. Just depends on how much privacy you basically want or need. Like I said, the home is huge.
