I am seeking a responsible female roommate that would have house privileges. You would have your own bedroom and private bathroom. I am seeking someone that is quite, clean, no drugs, pets, or smoking. Looking for someone that is fun, honest, and likes animals. I have a nice 3/2 ranch in a great family neighborhood that is quite. I have a private fenced in back yard with covered patio. My home is five minutes from all shopping and eating places. I am close to hwy 85, 316 and twenty minutes from the mall of georgia. You would have your own place to park in the drivway. I am easy-going ,fun and would like to find a roomate that I could hang out with at times, but also give each other our own private time too. References and deposit required. The rent is $550.00 and that includes, all ut's, dishnet work, and laundry service in house. Internet ready. You would also be able to have dishnet work in your bedroom. I live in a safe neighborhood and have alarm system for theft and fire. I would like someone that would consider more long term renting than short.
