I am subleasing my room in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment in Athens,GA. The room is available from January 1 to July 31, 2010. But if you need to move in before January, that can be arranged. The room is and closet are spacious! Utilities are not included but they average out to be only $50-$60 dollars per month (includes electricity, water, cable, internet, trash, and recycling). The apartment is in a great location. It is right off of Milledge Ave., only three miles from UGA campus and downtown Athens, and its on the UGA bus line.
