1996 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Vision 37J Class A Motorhome. Overall length is 37.5. Titled as a 1995, and classified in
NADA as a 1996. Very unique layout, with private bathroom and side hallway. Chevrolet 454 V8 EFI Engine with low
miles. Exterior is in good condtion, no major dings or dents (small scratch at back), sidewalls are nice and clean,
paint is nice and shiny, stickers look great for the age. Some delam right under the passenger side window. 3 of the
tires are newer, the other 5 are older, and the tread is showing low. Onan 7000 Generator with low hours. Interior
is also in very good condition. No rips or tears, and cabinets (oak) and countertops (corian) are all in good shape.
Up front, there is a driver door with power window, cruise, tilt steering, levelling jacks, back-up camera, and cold
dash a/c. 20" TV, along with crank up TV antenna. 14" TV in rear bedroom, along with another stereo system. Side by
side fridge, Stove, Oven, Microwave Oven, and 6 Gallon DSI Hot Water. Sofa and Dinette fold down for beds, along
with the Queen bed in the rear, the unit sleeps 6. Nice seperate private bathroom with toilet, vanity, and tub and
shower enclosure. Dual ducted roof A/C units, along with a ducted furnace. Lots of storage both inside and out.
Power entry step for easy entrance. Screens and blinds throughout. 4 Aluminum covered awnings (one main awning, and
3 window awnings).
