Job Description

*Develops and revises system training material and study guides
*Trains others to teach the developed material or to be proficient in it
*Prepares and conduct training needs analysis and task assessments
*Maintains instructional resource requirements for Learning facilitators
*Ensures all assigned material is revised in a timely fashion to ensure compliance with all external regulations and internal processes and procedures
*Assists in coordinating classes and maintaining records

Job Requirements:

*Prefer college level education and/or prior teaching/course development experience and/or training
*Two to three years related work experience
*Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) processes and capable of applying in a training environment is highly desired using various types of instructional media
*Must be willing to travel
*Must possess overall knowledge of Cargo operations and associated automation
*Must have proficient MS Explorer, MS Office Suite and learning development software
*Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
*Must be able to sit for long periods of time
*Must be able to pass Drug Screen, 5 year Background check

Temp/Package:


This is a temporary 6 month position paying an hourly rate of $21.88, with an attractive benefits package, including flight privileges.
